Cake Pops

It's Alex's birthday tomorrow. Today I spent the majority of the day in the kitchen baking some lovely things for him to take into work tomorrow.

I have my own little home baking company.  I make bespoke celebration cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, quiches, pies and various other sweet and savoury treats.

Cake Pops were something I added to my menu later on after my friend bought me a book on the subject.

The designs you can do are endless. When I had my stall, they were one of the first things to sell out! The kiddies and parents loved them! Not only do they look really cute but the chocolate and cream cheese cake filling is just delicious.

So I made some NFL pops for Alex who loves the sport.

I also made some vanilla "99" cupcakes, banoffee cupcakes (with a dulce de leche filling) and chocolate brownies.

Here's hoping Alex and his colleagues enjoy eating all the goodies tomorrow!
